2. It has at least 8 university centers, museums, shopping malls, hospitals, parks, gastronomic places, basic services, among others, so market studies indicate the importance for people of this location and being able to move as little as possible to meet their needs.
3. Several cantons in the east have the country's leading indices in terms of competitiveness and human development, which represents a good offer from a labor force point of view.

This means that companies can recruit good professionals, who will also live nearby, which guarantees less delay due to transportation.

In the midst of all these benefits that represents the east, we find Escalante neighborhood that has a strategic location, it is located in an area of very dynamic commercial activity and a high demographic concentration. Within a radius of 5 km, there is a population of 935,900 people, of which about 30% have a high level of higher education. 

In terms of amenities, the Escalante area and surrounding area offers a variety of gastronomic and commercial options for different segments, budgets and target markets, which makes it an attractive location. It is also close to universities such as UCR, Universidad Latina, Universidad Hispanoamericana, Ulicori and language centers such as Centro Cultural and Intensa.

There are several bus routes to different parts of the country and less than 1 km away is the Atlantic Station. In terms of private transportation, Escalante has attractive travel times to nearby cantons and strategic points, less than 25 minutes.
