There are several factors that indicate that investing in a project like Luz Centro Empresarial Escalante is a good idea: 

1. The segment: although it is within the real estate sector, there are not many projects of this type aimed at the business market; most of them are residential.

Evidently, in order to making an investment decision of this type requires a great deal of analysis., en mi caso he confiado en el análisis de la zona que ha hecho la desarrolladora del proyecto, si lo comparo con otras como Escazú, Pavas, etc, me doy cuenta que si bien estas zonas también están en expansión, no hay un crecimiento  comercial unificado como el de barrio Escalante. 

Yo tengo experiencia en inversión inmobiliaria, sin embargo es del sector habitacional, invertir en renta comercial, al tener características bastante distintas,  me está ayudando a diversificar, aunque me mantengo en el mismo rubro.
