Why did I invest in Escalante?

There are several factors that indicate that investing in a project like Luz Centro Empresarial Escalante is a good idea: 

  1. The segment: although it is within the real estate sector, there are not many projects of this type aimed at the business market; most of them are residential. 
  2. Location: Escalante is an area gaining surplus value due to the expansion that San Jose is experiencing at this very moment. 
  3. Commercially it is fertile ground: my potential clients need this type of project, so in the future a resale or rental becomes easy. 

Evidently, in order to making an investment decision of this type requires a great deal of analysis.In my case I have trusted the analysis of the area made by the developer of the project, if I compare it with other areas such as Escazú, Pavas, etc., I realize that although these areas are also expanding, there is no unified commercial growth as in Escalante neighborhood. 

I have experience in real estate investment, however it is in the housing sector. Investing in commercial rental, since it has quite different characteristics, is helping me to diversify, although I remain in the same area.
