How to get the best of both worlds"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In these times of crisis we must know how to take advantage of all the resources we have, that is why I want to talk about how to make a hybrid between telework and office.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Undoubtedly, COVID-19 has broken many schemes, business strategies and ways of managing, causing countless changes in company processes, but could these changes really have a negative impact?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I believe that no, we must learn to balance the two modalities, so that we can take advantage of the best of both worlds.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-como-podriamos-lograrlo\">How could we achieve this?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we make the best use of resources, we could detail two scenarios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Teleworking\u00a0<\/strong>nos permite ser m\u00e1s flexibles y productivos con el tiempo, en lo\u00a0personal he logrado potenciar la efectividad de mis labores y comunicaci\u00f3n con mi\u00a0equipo de trabajo. Sin embargo, esto requiere de mucha disciplina, orden y\u00a0autogesti\u00f3n. However, in\u00a0<strong>the office<\/strong>\u00a0We can have a closer communication with our employees and customers, we are involved in a more professional and collaborative environment, which can be a motivation to work and interpersonal relationships are strengthened. In fact, depending on the type of industry in which we operate, in many companies it will continue to be imperative to work in the face-to-face mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the other hand, we must be responsible and comply with the new regulations on sanitary conditions, such as optimal spacing in work areas, intensifying the frequency of cleaning and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0If we all managed to apply both scenarios at the right times, we could effectively carry out both modalities and allow our team a win-win combination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Undoubtedly, the hybrid between teleworking and offices is here to stay. For many companies this implies a cultural change and an evolution of leadership to adapt to this new situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To make this possible, technology can be an important ally. The development of a digital business strategy that leads the company to compete in an increasingly virtual environment takes on enormous relevance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para concluir, creo que lo m\u00e1s importante de todo esto es la adaptabilidad, el mundo\u00a0est\u00e1 en constante cambio, por lo que esta habilidad, como empresarios y como\u00a0organizaciones, debe cumplir un papel fundamental en la gesti\u00f3n.
