Undoubtedly, the pandemic has been a great challenge for all of us and we have had to undergo an accelerated learning process that has been transcendental. We have had to adapt to new ways of organizing our work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this process of adaptation we have discovered that there are many tasks that can be performed more efficiently virtually using technological tools, which although they were always available, we preferred not to use them. We have also seen that telecommuting can be a very good and efficient option for some types of work and people.<br><br>Aunque cada empresa y cultura es diferente, as\u00ed como las circunstancias de cada trabajador, hay algo que est\u00e1 muy claro:\u00a0la experiencia laboral seguir\u00e1 siendo muy diferente a la que viv\u00edamos anteriormente.<br><br><strong>As employers, we must be clear that our offices will have to adapt to a new reality where the new ways of working that have emerged during the pandemic will continue to be an option.<\/strong>\u00a0In addition, for work to be carried out directly in the offices, there must be collaborative spaces that comply with the distancing and hygiene standards required to avoid contagion.<br><br>The first thing that each company must do is to reflect on the way it works and evaluate the importance of interaction and collaborative environments for the fulfillment of its objectives. Each organization is different and it is crucial to understand its culture, its maturity, as well as the functions to be performed by its collaborators in order to define the best way to face and solve the challenges imposed by the pandemic in the work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not all companies and people are the same, so we cannot think of a general rule. For many people teleworking has been a marvel, however there are others who may feel emotionally drained.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not all functions within a company lend themselves to telework and virtuality; another very important factor, which we cannot leave aside, is the importance of the face-to-face interrelationship in the training of personnel and the generation of a company's culture. This difficult balance between all these factors is the great challenge we entrepreneurs face today when determining our new ways of working and therefore our new needs for workspace.<br><br>Cada empresario despu\u00e9s de definir c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 su nueva forma de organizaci\u00f3n, debe analizar bien su lugar de trabajo. Posiblemente se vea en la necesidad de hacer remodelaciones y cambios en la oficina. De igual manera se deber\u00e1n establecer protocolos\u00a0 para que la gente cumpla con las normas sanitarias. Esto es algo nuevo para todos, pero definitivamente, mientras no exista una vacuna que realmente sea probada, debemos adaptarnos a una forma de vida diferente, donde los l\u00edderes y los empresarios debemos generar una cultura de trabajo responsable y solidaria que vele por la salud y el bienestar de todos. En la medida en que todos colaboremos, esta situaci\u00f3n encontrar\u00e1 estabilidad m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente.\u00a0<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gruposaxum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/AG1201.png\" alt=\"AG1 (1)\" class=\"wp-image-5894\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nbsp\">\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cuales-seran-las-nuevas-tendencias-en-construccion-de-oficinas-para-el-2021-nbsp\"><strong>What will be the new trends in office construction by 2021?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In terms of construction, there will be an increasing tendency to use prefabricated elements, and construction will have to be much more of an assembly process than on-site construction, to avoid exposure of workers as much as possible.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In terms of offices and their design, trends are aligned to more open and ventilated spaces, spaces where common areas avoid contact as much as possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of more automated systems in elevators, door handles, knobs, doors to avoid physical contact, which is what generates the spread of the virus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offices should look for environments where there are green areas, where people can walk, aspects that are more people-centered and not just work or office-centered.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>All these points mentioned above will make a positive change for people and for the planet. Being surrounded by more open spaces, ventilated, illuminated and in contact with nature brings many benefits to workers, allowing them to work in calm and relaxed environments.<br><br>El proyecto que estamos desarrollando con Saxum, Luz Centro Empresarial Escalante, se enfoca mucho en ese sentido, y cumplir\u00e1 con todas las normas de dise\u00f1o de oficina buscando la seguridad en t\u00e9rminos de la nueva normalidad. Este entorno hace del lugar de trabajo un espacio mucho m\u00e1s agradable al encontrarse en un punto con un ambiente ideal y con\u00a0muchas facilidades de transporte y entretenimiento.<br><br><strong>The pandemic has forced us to be more efficient, we have been subjected to conditions that have forced us all to use technological tools and also to make better use of our time;<\/strong>\u00a0the conjunctions can be many, also the way the work is organized, therefore the needs that you will have in the office can vary. But the most important thing we have learned is that people are the most important thing.
